Brazos Custom Homes History
Brazos Building has deep roots in North Texas. Our owner, Brandon Chaney, started in the construction industry as a teenager, framing homes and running a crew by his early twenties. After gaining extensive experience as a project manager building homes and commercial projects across Texas and the U.S., Brandon purchased Brazos Custom Homes in 2015. Brazos has been proudly family-owned since 1967. Over the past eight years, we’ve continued that tradition, completing projects for churches, municipalities, commercial clients, and more than 150 custom homes for families across North Texas. Our team is passionate about combining craftsmanship, integrity, and innovation to create homes that stand the test of time.
